Solver IT is a software-house. We develop software for customers on professional level for last 32 years. Thus, to design and develop software applications is our core competence, in which we invested hundreds of man-years of experience and delivered more than 80 IT projects.

After the people, the most important is the system and methodology. Our experiences shows, that the best methodologies are agile - based on iterative steps in close collaboration with customer. That is why we use SCRUM methodology and have more SCRUM certified colleagues able to steer the IT project. But certification itself, is not a guarantee of success. Even more important is understanding and experience. Because also SCRUM needs wise usage and sound application. That is why we prefer to eliminate SCRUM meetings on minimum level and rather discuss upon real software prototypes, than upon some virtual plans.

We see the collaboration with clients as a long-term partnership. After delivering a software solution, Solver provide ongoing support and enhancement services as time progresses. This commitment is formalized through the signing of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with several of our customers. These SLAs outline the agreed-upon terms, response times and support levels that Solver will provide to ensure the smooth operation of the software systems we developed in the past. usually, it is needed, as the world is changing every day.
Usual time span is 5x8, as our SLAs are covering third level support. First and second level support is performed by our customers itself.
